Siemens Sinumerik CNC simulator for 828D, 840D and ONE. Verify your cycles before they hit the real machine.
Eureka3X interprets your actual Siemens post-processor output on a complete 3D machine model. Collisions, FRAMES errors, and complex cycle parameters — caught before Cycle Start.
What is a Siemens CNC simulator? It is specialized software that interprets the actual NC program—post-processed Siemens G-code—and executes it on a virtual machine model to catch collisions and errors before machining. With Eureka3X, your CNC machine simulator serves as a perfect digital twin for rigorous NC program verification.

Trusted by professionals who can't afford mistakes
Eureka3X is built on Eureka Virtual Machining — 20+ years of industrial CNC simulation, used in production by world-class manufacturers.
Sound familiar?
These happen every week in every shop. Eureka3X fixes all three.
THE PROBLEM
Complex CYCLE parameters
Siemens drilling and tapping cycles like CYCLE83 or CYCLE84 have many complex parameters. One wrong value leads to a scrap part.
THE FIX
Siemens-accurate simulation
Eureka3X emulates the exact behavior of Sinumerik cycles, ensuring complete fidelity to your machine's specific routines.
THE PROBLEM
FRAMES and D-offsets
TRANS, ROT, and D-offsets can cause unexpected tool positions that generic simulators won't catch, leading to crashes.
THE FIX
Controller-accurate spatial simulation
We simulate exactly how Sinumerik interprets frames and offsets based on actual controller logic.
THE PROBLEM
Post-processor output is a black box
Fusion 360 or Mastercam simulation doesn't understand Siemens-specific logic and syntax, so they can't verify the final code.
THE FIX
Simulate the actual G-code your Siemens runs
Eureka3X interprets the post-processed G-code exactly the way your Sinumerik does. No guesswork, perfect verification.

Supported Siemens Controllers
Sinumerik 828D / 840D / ONE
The same Siemens G-code you send to the machine. Interpreted the same way. No rewriting, no approximations.
Where Sinumerik programs go wrong
Siemens controls don't run generic G-code. The risks sit in the features that make Sinumerik powerful, and in everything written outside CAM.
Cycles.CYCLE81/82/83 and the pocket and thread cycles carry depths, retract planes and dwell that execute on the control, not in a CAM geometry model. A wrong parameter is a broken tool or a scrapped bore, and it doesn't show up as a bad-looking toolpath.
R-parameters and program logic. Values computed at runtime decide where the tool goes on each pass. A static toolpath can't show it; executing the program can.
Frames and work offsets.TRANS, ROT and settable frames (G54 onward) shift the coordinate system. A program proven at one frame and run at another cuts in the wrong place.
Tool offsets (D-numbers). A wrong D-number, or a length or radius that resolves differently than assumed, drives the tool where the picture never showed.
Hand edits and ShopMill. Programs edited at the control or built as ShopMill steps are files your CAM never generated and can't reconstruct.
CAM simulation runs on the CAM's own toolpath, not on the Sinumerik executing the posted program, and generic back-plotters draw the moves without reproducing Siemens dialect. Eureka3X executes the real program the way the control will, on a twin of your 3-axis machine. Scope: 3-axis milling (X, Y, Z); for 4/5-axis and mill-turn see the FAQ.

Frequently Asked Questions
+Which Siemens controllers are supported?
Sinumerik 828D, Sinumerik 840D and Sinumerik ONE, for 3-axis milling (X, Y, Z).
+Does it simulate Siemens specific cycles?
Yes. Eureka3X interprets CYCLE81, CYCLE83, CYCLE84 and the other Sinumerik cycles, R-parameters, frames (TRANS, ROT, settable work offsets) and D-number tool offsets the way the real control executes them.
+Can I simulate Sinumerik programs on a PC without the machine?
Yes. Eureka3X runs on a Windows PC and executes the program on a digital twin of your 3-axis machine, so verification does not take the control out of production.
+Can it verify programs edited at the control or written in ShopMill?
Yes. It reads the real program regardless of where it came from, so hand-edited and control-side programs verify the same way as posted ones. No CAM system is needed.
+My Sinumerik machine runs 4- or 5-axis work. Is that supported?
No. Eureka3X verifies 3-axis milling only. For rotary, 4/5-axis, mill-turn or multi-channel Siemens work, use Eureka G-Code, the industrial simulator in the same family (Eureka Virtual Machining).
+What happens after the trial?
After 30 days, your trial will expire. If you want to continue using the software, you can upgrade to one of our plans. There is no automatic charge since we don't ask for your credit card upfront.
